For locals, our historic pub on the south-western edge of Sydney holds a special place in their hearts. Built in 1835, it is one of Australia’s oldest pubs and has for 180 years been the venue for family gatherings, lunches, live music and social drinks. After being devastated by floods in 2016, the drinks are now flowing and the music is once again playing at our two front bars and through to our courtyard. Our traditional pub-style accommodation is again making guests comfortable and our brand new bistro, Stonequarry Bar and Grill, boasts a delicious menu including all of the pub classics as well as gourmet dishes. Today, the rooms have been fully renovated and refurbished and are a sophisticated accommodation option in this historic location. Located just 10 minutes from the Hume Highway, we offer seven rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Our accommodation options include Single, Queen, and Family options with our Family Plus room accommodating up to 6 guests*.
