The main bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobes; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and hanging rack. Extra bedding is found in the rear sunroom with a double futon sofa bed and in the lounge with another double size sofa-bed.
The apartment contains a large well stocked galley kitchen with gas cooking, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/dryer. The main bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination. There is also another separate toilet.
The main dining area is located at the front of the apartment in a separate sun room which takes in the stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and the city skyline. Another dining area is found off the kitchen and the rear sunroom. The lounge area consists of 2 large comfy sofas, TV, VCR, and CD sound system. There is a cordless telephone and answer machine. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout by an interior decorator.
It’s ideally located being only 5 minutes walk to Milsons Point train station, (3 min trip to city) and the ferry is a 2 min walk (7 min trip to city). Kirribilli village shops offer a plethora of restaurants and cafes there is also a supermarket, newsagent and most day to day services.
